Terms of Service

This agreement outlines the rental terms for the commercial beauty space located at My Rejuvenate, Shop 1, 2 Young Street, Annandale NSW 2038, for the duration and rate
specified on the corresponding invoice.

The renter is granted exclusive use of the agreed-upon treatment space(s) and shared access to all studio facilities between 8:30am and 8:00pm. This includes the foyer, treatment rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms. Complimentary access to electricity, internet, and basic disposables (toilet paper, hand towels, surface coverings, and cleaning products) is included. Bed coverings are provided. However, all tattooing disposables and equipment are excluded from this agreement. The renter is responsible for supplying all necessary consumables and tools for their services or training sessions, including but not limited to: gloves, pigments/inks, needles, tissues, cotton rounds/tips, dyes, and any other required items.

The renter accepts full responsibility for any personal items, equipment, or stock brought onto the premises. The Owner will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the renter’s property. Any damage caused during the rental period must be reimbursed or replaced by the renter – Our advanced security systems are designed to prevent issues before they arise, ensuring a safe and secure environment at all times.

All services performed on models by students or team members fall under the full responsibility of the renter and/or their trainer/s. It is the responsibility of the renter to arrange all follow-up appointments and ensure that My Rejuvenate Pty Ltd and Future Aestheticà Pty Ltd are not held liable for any treatment outcomes. Trainers must clearly communicate all risks and aftercare instructions to their models.

All used areas must be cleaned and restored to their original condition after each use. The renter agrees to maintain professional hygiene and follow correct infection control practices, including proper disinfection of all surfaces and equipment.

The premises are monitored by CCTV surveillance at all times for the safety and security of all clients, renters, and staff. Footage is recorded and stored in accordance with privacy regulations. By proceeding with payment, the renter acknowledges and consents to being recorded while on-site.

Both parties agree to keep all information related to clients, services, and operations within the rented space confidential, unless prior consent is given.

With your permission, we love to support and promote each other on social media to help lift our businesses and increase engagement. If you’d prefer not to appear on our socials, just let us know — your privacy will be fully respected.

In the (unlikely) event of a disagreement, both parties commit to resolving it through open communication. If a resolution can’t be reached, mediation will be pursued before legal action. During this process and beyond, both parties agree not to share or discuss disputes publicly or on social media, and to avoid any form of slander or defamation.

The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner (Future Aestheticà Pty Ltd and My Rejuvenate Pty Ltd) from any claims or liabilities arising from the Renter’s use of the space.

The rental fee is outlined in the attached invoice. A 50% deposit is due by the date stated, with the balance payable 14 days before the rental begins. Any additional charges incurred must be paid within 7 days of the rental ending.

The renter may cancel with at least 30 days’ written notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may result in partial or no refund, depending on the circumstances.

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Acceptance of Terms.
